Smoothie!

What made me happy today? Smoothie!
I made the best autumn-style smoothie ever today! It's very easy to make and super yummy!

What you need:

2 ripe bananas
2 cups vanilla kefir, or yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
12 ice cubes

How to make it:

Combine the kefir or yoghurt, bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
