What made me happy today? The ultimate trio.
I can hear you wondering 'what is the ultimate trio,'. Well, wonder no longer :-) The ultimate trio is BodyTonique classic, repair & replenish and miracle.
I've been using BodyTonique classic for a while now. But due to a birthday promotion, my next order of BodyTonique included samplers of repair & replenish and miracle.
When I finally got them, I tried them out the same evening. I love them both! Repair & replenish came in a nice small bottle with a spray top. Miracle was delivered in a cute little jar. Liz (the creator of BodyTonique) had included a very sweet, hand-written thank you card!
They both have a very nice scent, which is a bonus. If you remember, I don't really like the scent of BodyTonique classic so I always add a few drops of essential lavender oil to it. But what they do for your skin is amazing. My skin has never ever been this soft! It's happy, toned, firm. Any blemishes I get (yay, hormonal acne) disappear much faster and don't leave marks. My pores have gotten smaller too :-) These products were given their names for a good reason, it seems!
Fair warning though: you want to keep repair & replenish and miracle away from your eyes because it stings if it gets in them. And I will say that I personally don't use the repair & replenish in the morning as it's oily and leaves my face too greasy. I have naturally oily skin, so your experiences may be different.
But these products are amazing! I really recommend them! I've said it before, but these are the first skin care products I've been able to use for such a long time without any adverse reactions. So if you want the best skin of your life, go order the ultimate trio!

Happy skin

What made me happy today? Having happy skin!
Almost two months ago, I started using BodyTonique. Now, I've almost finished the first bottle, and I thought I'd let you know what I think.
In short: I love BodyTonique. It's the first skin-care product that I've been able to use for this long without any sort of allergic reaction.
More elaborate: BodyTonique is great for small cuts. It'll make the pain disappear in seconds. The cut I used it on was healed by the next morning. It's wonderful against burns as well. Leg + hot tea = first degree burn. Applied BodyTonique moments after the tea ended up on my leg, the relief was instantaneous. By the next morning, the burn was almost healed (although I still advise you to use water to cool larger / more severe burns!). It really is a drink for thirsty skin. My skin has never been smoother :-) Same goes for wrinkles on your face and neck. BodyTonique has a nice firming effect. My nails are very happy as well!
Red skin after getting your eyebrows waxed? Grab a cotton pad, apply some BodyTonique to said cotton pad, gently pat the cotton pad against the red area. The redness will be gone in seconds. And any wax residue will come of very easy with BodyTonique!
BodyTonique is a great travel companion, as it's a cleaning, toning and hydrating product in one bottle. Fair warning: the bottle contains 236 ml, and can therefor not be carried on to a plane. A problem that is easily solved, as 100 ml bottles have just hit the market!
Of course, all of the above is my personal experience, yours may be different. But I can show you this:

This picture was taken after two months of BodyTonique. See how those lines are gone! (and yes, that's a tiara) My complexion looks better too!

BodyTonique

What made me happy today? BodyTonique!
My order of BodyTonique arrived, and I'm really happy!
BodyTonique is an organic skin care product. According to the website and the creator (Liz) of BodyTonique it's 'a drink for your thirsty skin'.
She couldn't be more right! After I picked up my order from the post-office I went straight home to try it. A bit of fumbling with all the tape on the box later I was looking at this:

3 spray bottles of BodyTonique :-) I decided to try it out on my hands. The product is absorbed really fast and it doesn't make your skin feel oily, greasy or sticky. It just made my hands super soft, and my nails look better as well. After one application!

The quality of the pictures isn't that great, I know. But I can really feel and see a difference!
I decided to do my legs next. Or leg, as I wanted a comparison. As my left leg has a lot of scars (2 knee surgeries) I felt like that one was to get the preferential treatment. Spray, rub it in, waited a few seconds and bam! One leg as soft as a baby's bottom! :-)
BodyTonique really is a great product and it works! I have very dry and sensitive skin, but right now it's feeling better than it has in a long time. After one application! Wow!
The only thing I don't like is the scent. It's lightly scented, but it has castile soap in it. I don't really care for that smell. But I will add that I have a very sensitive nose. So I checked with Liz, and she said I could add a drop or two of essential oil. Just shake the bottle before each use and done.
